SILJOY LIGHTING10 months agoDear Amy,
We sincerely apologize for this unacceptable delay with your order due to customs random check. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers, and we understand your frustration.
Pls kindly note the package has just been released from customs and UPS/FedEx is working hard to deliver you package which will be delivered in about 1 week. Thank you for your patience, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this has caused.
Regards,
