we have recently purchased this product and received the product after 6 weeks of order/payment date. I want to genuinely write the review and any interested product buyer please go through my review..
This product is defiantly 100% beautiful and it elevated the look of my family room which has high ceiling . There is nothing negative to write in a review towards the look of the product.
Below are the major drawbacks you need to consider seriously.
1. Shipping this product is a worst part. I have received the product where the ceiling pan has all the 4 corners damaged and we need to fix it but still we see the bends as a damaged product.
2. Sofary lighting needs to improve in the way they send the contents of the product. the risk of looking small contents is 99% possible and you cannot complete the install until you have everything. Also the worst thing is sofary lighting doesn't even provide any extra pieces which makes the things harder and frustrated. I got the product with 2 strings missing and we are still waiting for the customer service.
3. It took us almost 14 hours with 4 people to install this product and it is very tedious job with all these small pieces.
