This company was so easy to work with during the full process of the special order on our chandelier. They asked additional details to ensure the chandelier was made to our liking. Kept us posted on a regular basis and let us know when it was being shipped out. Our packages arrived damaged. I thought for sure all the glass would be shattered. They had packaged the pieces so well we only needed 2 crystals replaced. They shipped them out immediately to us to have in time for Thanksgiving. We will definitely buy from here again.

Easy to install. BEAUTIFUL. Glass is milky and clear. Gold is shiny and slightly a champagne color. Bright. Get so many compliments! I love it!it's beautiful, looks high end and the gold finish is spectacular.
