This chandelier is absolutely stunning. It takes time and patience to install all the pieces and strings and requires careful follow up on the instructions. It took us 2 full days to complete this task. And the results are amazing!!!
Customer service is outstanding. Probably the best I have ever dealt with. If I had a questions, I got the answers within 18 hours.
I highly recommend this company and their products. The quality is great. The shipping is pretty quick and the support is outstanding. Thank you!

I have installerd several of their chandeliers and i have to say the quality is top notch. Their customer service is great as well. They use a thinner wire than most others in the price range which adds to the beauty. They also use a better, more easily attachment for hanging. Most use a simple keyring type, while all i have i stalled from Sofary has the spring hook type. Makes installation faster and easier.
Again a fantastic product in which all of my customers have been totally satisfied.
